SHIPPING POLICY
All work is completed, packaged and posted as promptly as possible.

Typically custom work is dispatched within 3-5days of purchase, if you require it sooner please ask.

Standard postage is free of charge in the UK, £25 for international shipping. Royal mail or DPD are the carriers I use.
​
Work is packaged safely in hard-backed envelopes or cardboard boxes.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I am unable to issue refunds for custom work. Should you be unhappy with any work upon delivery, please do get in touch and I will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
